CIP IEE programme contributes to achieving the goals of the European energy and environmental policy by promoting renewable energy, energetic efficiency and energy-efficient transport by funding activities that: contribute to reducing market barriers, trigger behaviour change, create a favourable business environment for the growth of energetic efficiency and the growth of markets of renewable energy sources.
